The version 2.1.0.0 of WPS utility can directly using the built-in VGA card to extended virtual screen function in Windows 7 and 8 without installing VDD driver. You can download WPS utility from AirLive website: http://www.airlive.com/support/firmware/AirVideo-100v2 (File description AirVideo-100v2 WPS software for Windows XP/Vista/7/8, date: 2013/03/21)

Why sometimes my PC ping AirVideo-100 v2 and the ping take longer time? |

A: The default channel of AirVideo-100v2 set to “Auto”, it will auto detect the channel already used by other AP and change to other channel. Oppositely, it will make the connected PC take longer time to re-connect to AirVideo-100v2.
For improving this situation, at first we will suggest to use the site survey function on PC to determine if the wireless channels used by other APs. And then, you can set a specific channel which is not used by other AP, it will avoid interference and also improve connection quality.

Such issue is very rare. But if it happens, please first disable Firewall on your PC. Then uncheck the "auto connects WiFi" option on the AirVideo utility. |
